"Winter Wonderland" Retreat - All the Glory Belongs to Jesus Christ!
The CFMR "Winter Wonderland" retreat held in January was a blessing to all who attended. What a memorable occasion! The quartet debut by Eric, John, Ralph and Mark was especially an unforgettable moment. May the Lord richly bless the CFMR staff and volunteers for all the hard work and dedication they invested into this event.

KEYS TO BUILIDNG A LASTING RELATIONSHIP: Part II
Scripture - I Corinthians 13:5 "....Love does not insist on its own rights or its own way, for it is not self-seeking; it is not touchy or fretful or resentful; it takes no account of the evil done to it."
A Christian's love walk must be the most difficult challenge in life and yet it seems to be a topic taken for granted because generally it isn't a very popular subject in the Christian community. The Bible clearly shows us what God expects of us as Christians walking in love. For instance, God's Word tells us love is not touchy, fretful, or resentful. There are many situations in life that can cause a person to feel these emotions, however, as Christians we must use self control and ask God for wisdom in responding His way. God's Word also tells us in I Corinthians Chapter 13 "if we have not love we are nothing". The God we serve is a God of love, therefore, as Christians we should be reflecting His nature and character of love.

This ministry is encouraging you to seek God's ways when it comes to your love walk. All of us are challenged in this area of life, but, through the power of the Holy Spirit all things are possible! Allow God to use your life in a way that glorifies Him and shows the world (family, friends, co-workers, neighbors, etc) the love of our Heavenly Father.

If you need prayer in any area of your life please contact the CFMR ministry by phone 301-895-3404 or email us at cfmr@gcnetmail.net. God Bless You !!!!
