Tim and Tina met in June of 1988, through friends, while Tim as on vacation in North Carolina where Tina lived. After their "providential" meeting, they both went back to their lives as before. They did not have romance in mind, but apparently the Lord did. Six months later, in Dec., they were brought back together by a phone call. About 1 1/2 months later, after many phone calls and mail deliveries, Tim made a visit to NC for Tina's birthday on Jan 29th. By Feb 3rd, they were engaged, much to the surprise of all, especially Tim and Tina. They were married on Aug 5, 1989. Since then, they have been blessed with three children, Michael in 1992, Matthew in 1995, and their little "puddin' pop" Megan in 2000.

The Miceli's live in Glen Burnie, Maryland, where Tim has lived most of his 38 years. He is the youngest of four children and has been a professional firefighter for over 17 years. Tina, the middle of three children, lived in northern PA until age eleven, when her family relocated to NC. She is now a full-time homemaker and homeschools Michael and Matthew.

The Miceli's met the Bair's at Heritage Community Church in Severn, MD, where they became fast friends. Their shared interest in camping led to Eric and Joan's sharing of their hope for a future ministry (CFMR). Since that time, God has given Tim and Tina a growing desire to serve Him through this ministry, and when the opportunity opened for them to join the board, they felt it was His will.
